The outdoor space stands out for its 12m x 6m swimming pool, equipped with a hot and cold shower, and for a glass-enclosed area where up to 20 people can sit, providing moments of conviviality with a view of the pool. For entertainment, the 100m² multipurpose room includes pool/snooker, table football, ping pong, darts and a sound system. There is also a karaoke machine available, working with personal DVDs and CDs.
