Pé no Monte is located in São Teotónio, in the middle of the Alentejo coast and just 10 km from the beach of Zambujeira do Mar. This rural tourism is part of a farm with 10 hectares of land and promises to offer well-spent moments in a family environment. Welcoming, where everything was thought to make you feel truly comfortable.

At Pé no Monte, you can breathe the tranquility of the countryside with the proximity to the most beautiful beaches of the Alentejo coast. The old house has been carefully restored and has retained all its original charm of a typical Alentejo house, with careful and modern decoration in order to offer the greatest comfort.

Born of passion for the Alentejo coast, Pé no Monte was born from a long-time dream of the Helena and Gonçalo couples who, after 7 years of living abroad, moved with their three children to the Alentejo serenity, with the aim of transforming this Space in a simple and authentic place where one can enjoy the rest in the middle of nature.

With a varied choice of accommodation whether it is on a family level, with friends or even in a more romantic plan, Pé no Monte has 6 rooms and 1 apartment: three triple rooms; Two family rooms, with capacity up to 5 people; A suite with whirlpool bath and an interior deck that allows to enjoy the starry sky, inside the room itself; An apartment with 2 bedrooms (T2), fireplace and private barbecue and capacity for 6 people.

All rooms have a private bathroom, with interior garden, flat TV and cable channels and air conditioning. Wireless internet is free of charge and is currently available in the living room area. To respect the privacy of our guests, individual decks were created outside each of the suites, protected from the sun by an attractive and functional pergola.

The common areas available to guests include a large living room with fireplace, a dining room and several porches with barbecue areas and bar. The whole development has air conditioning and the finishes allow the maximum comfort of guests with double glazing, which allow thermal and acoustic insulation.

The shade of the huge cork oaks in the garden allows you to relax in the hammocks and invites you to rest after a swim in the pool (divided into 3 zones: children, adults and a "beach"). Younger guests can play in the children's playground and relax on the trampoline while adults can enjoy the lounge bar or unwind in one of the many pleasant nooks and crannies that invite you to read al fresco outdoors.

At breakfast you can taste all kinds of regional products, not forgetting the delicious Alentejo bread of the day, homemade jams, cheeses, sausages and natural juices. On request, picnic baskets are made and, subject to availability, dinners prepared with fresh produce from the region and taken directly from our garden (subject to availability). Our wood-fired oven allows you to make traditional Alentejo bread or prepare delicious pizzas (subject to availability).

At Pé no Monte you can also enjoy a good music, choose a book from the library, watch TV or simply browse through a travel magazine in our common room with the fireplace burning.

For those who want to explore the region, Pé do Monte also has a great offer of activities of its own or organized by partners. You can stroll along individual walks or guided by the wonderful Vincentian route, venture in one of our 4x4 along the coastline, canoeing, fishing, surfing lessons, donkey or horse riding, yoga sessions or relaxing massages.

We also have a multipurpose room, with all audiovisual means available (internet, projector, etc.), which allows the organization of events for companies, outdoor training sessions and workshops., This room is also available for events that you want to organize with The family or your group of friends.
