The Mount

Monte do Vale is a place of rest and fun.

In the middle of Alto Alentejo, 4Km from the village of Terrugem and 15Km from Elvas, you will find Herdade do Vale.

The Herdade has about 106 Hectares and is located in a valley of azinheiros, where is a small dam.

Livestock farming boils down to cow breeding.

The Herdade is inserted in an Associative Reserve, which allows the practice of hunting.
Monte do Vale is a typical Monte Alentejano. The main House, commonly called Monte, was restructured in 2003 for Rural Tourism.

The facilities are composed of 7 double rooms with toilet, cable TV, air conditioning, Wifi, living room and dining room with fireplace.

In one of the Monte's patios there is the saltwater pool with bar, next to the sauna and Turkish bath facilities.

The Malhadas

The old Malhadas are situated about 200 meters from the main house.
In 2013 they were restructured in order to increase the capacity and variety of the supply that already existed.

There are 3 double rooms with bathroom, Wifi, living room and a sheltered terrace where you can sunbathe, read, have a drink or even a meal at the end of the day.
