b) T1 (4 pax = adults, children and infants)
     T2 (6 pax = adults, children and babies)

c) After confirming the rental of the apartment, it is necessary to send the respective signal.

d) The value of the signal sent to effect the reservation is not refunded in case of cancellation by the client. Any cancellation made with a minimum of 4 weeks before the day of arrival, requires payment of the entire reservation.

e) The remaining value of the apartment is charged on arrival (possibility of ATM payment).

f) Upon arrival of the client a security deposit of € 100 (one hundred euros) is required, which will be returned or not on the day of departure, after verification of the apartment.
           
g) Entries are made between 16h30.00 and 18.00, entries after this time are subject to our confirmation and eventual payment.
    - Between 18:00 and 21:00 - EUR 20;
    - Between 21:00 and 24:00 - EUR 50;
    - Between 24:00 and 07:00 - EUR 100;

Departures are obligatory until 11 am.

h) Cleaning is daily except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, from 9.30 am to 7 pm, and it is not possible to schedule a cleaning. Change of sheets 1x week in stays superior to 7 nights. Change of towels 2x week.

i) No species of animals are allowed in the apartments. If the presence of the same is detected, we reserve the right to expel the client from the respective apartment.

j) Entry to the pool is free. The use of sun loungers, parasols and any consumption at the bar are charged directly to the customer on the spot. Complimentary wireless Internet access.

k) Garages paid upon arrival, subject to availability, without prior reservation.

l) The management is not responsible for any assets left in the apartment and vehicles parked in the garages.

m) We accept 1 extra person per apartment:
      Children up to 3 years = € 5 day
      Children over 3 years old and adults = 10 € day
